Welcome to Joice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Joice mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Joice ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Joice, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Joice may offer subscription plans with access to premium features. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are presented within the App before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies.
You retain all rights to the content you create through Joice, including your voice recordings, transcripts, and any text you input ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Joice service to you.
While Joice is a private journaling tool, you agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to transmit content that is illegal, threatening, or harmful.
Joice uses artificial intelligence to generate responses during conversations, journal summaries, theme analysis, and weekly reflections. You acknowledge that:

The Joice App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Joice, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Joice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Joice at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes within the App or via email. Your continued use of Joice after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
